Rosa has 13+ years of experience in Management. She graduated with a Business Degree in 2014. Driven by patient care, she takes pride in providing the best patient experience by overseeing all daily operations in the office. Her goals are to keep the practice operating efficiently and effectively. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two little boys, who keep her very busy. Rosa enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.  
 

With over a decade of experience as a front desk receptionist, Jinette takes pride in providing exceptional service. She ensures that every patient feels welcomed and is well taken care of. Her passion for fostering positive patient experience is matched by her role as a brand photographer for the practice. Outside of work she manages her own Portrait Photography business and is a loving mother of 7.

Joseph is a dedicated Optician with three years of experience in the optical field, where he has honed his skills in providing exceptional eye care and personalized service to his clients. Joseph believes that optimal eye health is vital and works diligently to ensure that every patient receives the care and products that best suit their individual needs. Joseph is also a talented jazz trumpet player. He performs with the Moravian University BIG Band, where he holds the prestigious position of lead trumpet. He has cultivated a strong sense of discipline, creativity and teamwork, which he seamlessly integrates into his work as an optician.

Marianela has 9 years of experience as an Optometric Technician. She is very knowledgeable in ophthalmic equipment and delivers a high level of patient care. She is extremely friendly with our patients and makes them feel comfortable. Marianela is also a licensed Esthetician and is implementing her knowledge to our practice. In her downtime, she enjoys listening to Christian music, going to the movies and loves to spend time with her 2 children.

Clarisse ventured into our optometry practice over a year ago as a patient coordinator. Previous to that she had been a registered nurse for many years. As a patient coordinator she excels in patient communication and their needs. Working remotely from the Philippines she keeps close communication with our office staff and our doctor. Her kind nature has been well received by our patients and truly appreciated by our staff. Aside from working Clarisse enjoys time with her husband, daughter and parents.
